CERTIFICATE OF COMPLIANCE 

 4 Mil Cross-Laminated High Density (CL-HDPE) Polyethylene Encasement Tubing

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: 

Repcor, Inc. certifies that its Cross Laminated High Density Polyethylene Encasement Tubing (CL-HDPE) meets or exceeds all physical requirements as called for in Section 4 of ANSI/AWWA C105/A21.5-10.  With a tensile strength of 6300 pds, elongation of 100% minimum and a dielectric strength of 800 V/mil thickness, the CL-HDPE has a minimum tolerance of .004 mil.

Tests of individual rolls may vary, but are within the Standard requirement.
