POLYWRAP LETTER OF COMPLIANCE

 8 mil Linear Low Density (LLDPE) Polyethylene Encasement Tubing

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:

Repcor .008” polywrap encasement tubing is manufactured of linear low density polyethylene film  conforming to Sec. 4.1 Materials and Sec. 4.3 Marking of the ANSI/AWWA C105/A21.5-10 Standard.  The Standard includes the following requirements: 

Film is manufactured of virgin linear low-density polyethylene conforming to ASTM D4976 with the following properties of finished film:  Tensile strength:  3,600 psi minimum in machine and transverse direction.  Elongation:  700 percent minimum in machine and transverse direction.  Dielectric strength:  800 V/mil thickness minimum.  Impact resistance:  600 g. minimum.  Propagation tear resistance:  2,550 gf (grams force), minimum in machine and transverse direction.  Thickness: minimum thickness of .008: (no minus tolerance).

We meet the above standard. 

All testing required by this Standard has been conducted within the past year.  All materials supplied are of the same type, quality, manufacture and make.  All Repcor polywrap is manufactured in the United States. 

This Letter of Compliance is applicable only to polywrap printed with the name Repcor on it.
