TERMINOLOGY
1) The ANSI/AWWA C105/A21.5-10 Standard.
The purpose of the standard is to provide minimum requirements for polyethylene sheet and tubes to be used for external corrosion protection of ductile iron pipe, fittings, valves, etc. It covers material requirements for 8 mil minimum thickness Linear low-density (LLDPE) polyethylene film and 4 mil minimum thickness High-density, cross-laminated polyethylene (HDCLPE) film plus installation of polyethylene encasement.
Repcor Polywrap is manufactured in the United States to meet the Standard. Testing per the Standard has been done.
2) Roll perforations and lengths for .008” LLDPE polywrap.
For 18 foot long pipe sections, rolls are perforated at 20 foot intervals; for 20 foot pipe sections rolls are perforated at 22 foot intervals. Roll put-ups are as follows:

3) Roll lengths for .004” CL-HDPE polywrap.
All sizes are put up in 500 foot long rolls. Rolls are not perforated. White in color.
4) Custom runs including custom sizes, non-perforated, clear or colored.
Minimum quantities apply. Call for quotation.
5) Delivery
Most sizes of black 8 and 4 mil polywrap are in stock for shipment within
a day after the order is received.
6) Freight
8 mil LLDPE orders of 2.500 pounds or more are shipped FOB: Full Freight Allowed.
4 mil HDCLPE orders of 2,500 pounds or more are shipped FOB: Full Freight Allowed.
8 mil LLDPE and 4 mil HDCLPE may not be combined for weight. Each ships from a
different location.
7) Credit Terms
Payment terms are 1%/10 days/net 30 days with approved credit.
